You’re not alone if you often feel depressed, anxious or stressed. Even our children are in trouble with at least 1 in 10 suffering significant mood disorders. We could try to explain that by the modern world being more fragile and threatening, but many people have faced greater adversity than us.

What if a good part of the emotional distress is actually due to critical, unmet nutritional needs?

What if the restlessness, the agitation, anger, hyperactivity, sleeplessness that you may be seeing in your child is also due to critical, unmet nutritional needs? Could this mean that their emotions and behaviours are actually false? 

That is not to say your child is putting it on, or faking it, just to get things going their way. But that these emotions and behaviours are masking your true child. Their true gifts, abilities, strengths and uniqueness.

This is the purpose of the Mind Your Moods online program. To find who your child really is, without the messy emotions clouding that.

To fill in the gaps, to rebalance pathways naturally, to bring the body and brain up to peak condition, and see how much better everything can function. The way we think, feel and sleep all change dramatically when the body is working the way it should. 

If your child has any or all of the following symptoms, then these are all clues that the body (and brain) are under fire internally, and asking us for help. 

  • Terrible sleep. Either getting to sleep, staying asleep, or waking cranky or tired 
  • Worries too much or doesn’t like quick changes to routine
  • Seems overwhelmed by many things, and even the smallest thing can cause upset
  • Moves from calm to WWIII meltdowns in 10 seconds
  • Can’t concentrate, and doesn’t even want to concentrate
  • Seems addicted to some foods eg milk or cheese, bread or pasta, snack and treat foods whether salty or sweet

In this program we will be targeting 3 CORE AREAS that have been the most successful ones to zone in on.

Let’s run through the research that’s finding just how tightly woven the body and brain are.

This means that when working on the brain, we need to take a whole-body approach.  

In this program, you will learn what may NEED TO COME IN to bring calm to the brain.  There is another program that highlights what may NEED TO COME OUT  (link). 

1. Balancing the brain -through the use of amino acids as supplements. 

2. Fighting the stress- understanding and discovering what nutrient deficiencies are drivers for stress, anxiety or anger. 

3. Eating for calm- learn what kinds of foods to emphasise when nourishing and repairing the brain to be more effective.
